Square 5 stars loyalty programs.

Hello this is Dress best for Less.
Our business are having a problem with Square 5 stars loyalty programs. Our customers either do not get text messages when they earn a star or if they get text message about a reward there is no code number to redeem.

@A8, Are you using Square's reward program or 5 stars?  they are 2 different reward programs from 2 different companies.
