Should I charge taxes on local pop up events?

I charge online sales taxes but should I charge taxes on in person checkout? I reside in LA, California. Where I attend 2-3  craft market pop up In LA. I sell handmade jewelry and accessories. I have a sells permit and accept cash and card transactions.
