Sales Tax based on Zip Code but for Customers who live in the county get charged too much
I chatted with Square Online Support and found there is not a way to calculate the sales tax on the customer location/shipping address vs. their zip code. Some of my customers are in the County & have a lower tax rate (no city tax portion) than customers located within the city of the same zip code. Other than providing these customers a refund, after the fact, does anyone have any other ideas?

Hello there @blessingsbeads
As you may already know Square Online will calculate taxes based on the customer's billing zip code and there is no way to adjust that based on payment processing and Sales Tax laws. In this case, if you wish to offer a different tax calculation I recommend reaching out to a tax professional so they can offer advise on how to stay compliant to laws and benefit your customers at the same time.
