Hello, I have a problem with the terminology
“SIGN IN”
After the first time when the customer sing in for our reward program, after that don't want to sign in again because they already signed, so I have to explain they will not create another account but just adding more point to an existing account.
Would you please change the word

When your customers join your rewards program, they are signing up, and will sign in to the account they create.
When they come back to view their account, they would need to sign in again, but will never need to sign up again.
