Reports not showing correct sales numbers
When i pull up a year to date sales report on my phone app, why is the number completely different than what comes up on my mom's phone app, in which both are completely different numbers than what comes up on the dashboard when i view it online on the website?

Hello @Chernandez !
You're not the first that has run into this. It looks like an update changed the settings on your phone.
To fix it, while you're in the sales report, tap on the date at the top. Make sure All Day, All Devices, and All Team Members are selected. That should clear up the discrepancies!
If you're using an iPhone, I also recommend downloading the Square Dashboard app. It's really easy for at-a-glance sales reporting and sales comparisons.

Yes that worked! I had a deep down feeling that it was only grabbing the info from my device only. I was going to test that theory by adding the numbers on my phone with the numbers in my mom's phone to see if it equaled the numbers on the dashboard. Thank you for the assistance!
