New Square registers and terminals not taking payments
Sporting arena event with 15+ devices! Need urgent help. Devices are saying"DECLINED - Payment not approved.invalid location" Losing revenue by the minute. Not happy with lack of support!

Hi @jolo,
We're sorry to hear about the frustrating experience with your Square Terminal. It's a good idea to give your Terminal a reset when this happens. On your Terminal:
- Tap More.
- Select Settings > Hardware.
- Tap General > About Terminal.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Factory Reset > Confirm Factory Reset.
- Tap Reset one last time. From here the countdown will begin and your Terminal will reset.
Next, you'll want to sign back into your Terminal with your email address and password. While our phone support team are available from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Melbourne time, you can find help troubleshooting in our support center here as well. Please let us know how you go!
