Not receiving Square Marketing preview email

I created couple Square marketing emails.  It seems like I don't get any preview emails even though every time I click on the sending preview email to my own email address.  My own email still receives new email and it works fine but I don't get any Square Marketing preview email.  Is there any way to make sure the preview email will be sent?

HI, do you have the correct email address on your Marketing emails?  

 

You may see the correct business email address, as you want it, everywhere on your dashboard but, if you changed from the original email at signup then the preview emails are still being sent to the original email address.

 

To have Square change email to match, you can try to contact Customer Support with this link.  Monday to Friday.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

 

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
