Not getting and devices to work with the usb hub that came with square terminal

Trying to hook up my usb star tsb 100 and noticed the usb hub that came with terminal is only giving power to my iPad no devices

It sounds like you're expecting the USB hub to power your printer?  The Star tsb 100 printer requires an external power source - the printer's USB cable is only for data transmission, not power.

If I've misread your post, please let me know and post exactly which devices you're trying to connect via USB.

I have been having a similar issue. I have my printer power supply plugged in and powered on but my square pos will not recognize the Epson tm-m10 printer or the Honeywell xenon 1900. Both are listed as compatible with my setup. I suspect that the sub hub is the problem. Any ideas?

Just to be clear - you're having issues with the Square Terminal and a barcode scanner, correct?
