My App isn't processing payment Links

Hello!

 

I am currently on the phone to Square and they don't have a clue about what I am talking about. Im trying to process payments on my Square App.. I normally send payment links to my clients but the link is saying This business is currently not accepting payments.

 

Can anyone please help?
