We did experience a brief issue with Square Online earlier this afternoon. You can view the issue here. Our engineers have released a fix and we're just making sure everything looks good before calling this fully "resolved".

Have you tried clearing the cache and browser history? Sometimes that prevents pages from opening here is hoiw to clear it. The only drawback is you will have to relog into sites that you are already logged into. Here is how to clear it
- Open Settings, scroll down until you find Safari, then select it to open the next menu.
- Scroll down and tap 'Clear History and Website Data'.
- In the popup, tap 'Clear History and Data' to confirm.

Hello,
I have paid for my web page and domain name, I've had this web page for the better part of 8 years now. But when I went to go get a link off of my web page it says "Page 404 not found" error. What's going on? And I'd like to know if I'm going to be refunded while it's not down. Should I find another site to publish my web page and just get a full refund from you? This is very upsetting

It sounds like you may have been impacted by a known issue we experienced briefly yesterday. I've merged your post to a thread where I've provided some additional details. This issue that was previously impacting Square Online was resolved yesterday at 13:34 PST. I took a look at your site and everything is looking good on my end but please do let me know if you or your customers are still experiencing any issues at this time.
