Has anyone else had issues with appointments not showing up in the books on live feed that are being booked online, and the customer is still receiving a confirmation text even though their appointment was not logged in the books?

The first thing we'll really want to look at is if your Apps and OS on your devices are up to date. Usually when we see a discrepancy between bookings and the App- a simple update will fix it.
If you are full updated and still seeing this issue, grabbing a few examples and calling our awesome Appointments team for some additional troubleshooting could help us isolate the problem and provide a fix.
