Hi! I am going insane with this issue. I am exporting a sales report, and in the CSV file, it is multiplying the gross sales by a 100. For example, I have $6,500 in sales of an item (it shows correctly in the dashboard), but when I export it to a CSV file (using the export button), it exports as $650.000. This is making me crazy, it doesn't makes sense at all

@vaneg2k Your issue stems from how Excel/Google Sheets/etc. is formatting the numbers. You should see format button in the context menu on your spreadsheet that allows you to move the decimal point.

Hi Justin! It's is not a format issue. Even the reports sent by email come with the figures multiplied by 100. Look below:
I just made this this transaction (currency: Paraguayan Guaranies)
Look at the receipt:
Also, take a look at my dashboard now:
Now look at the data I just exported:
I have worked all my life with data, with csv files, and I believe this is a platform issue, and not a user-end issue.
If you could help me, I would highly appreciate it!! thank you in advance.
kind regards,
Vanessa

There aren't any reported issues with exported reports. I would reach out to CS so they can take a look at your reports specifically.

I did reach out to customer support (via a contact form because it seems to be the only way to do so), but they have not answered. You told me my issues came from formatting, but once I replied and sent you screenshots from the csv files and from my dashboards, you didn´t replied a thing about it. You just send me a link to a contact form.
As a community Moderator, I expected at least for you to check what i was sharing to you in my answer to you (very simple stuff btw). This is the only way to reach out to a human support here in Square, and you are not even capable of checking out my response.
What a lack of customer support.

While I understand your frustration and appreciate the screenshots, I advised you to reach out to CS since we don't have visibility into account specifics here to pinpoint what's wrong.
As a Moderator, my job is to give you solutions that might work and point you in the right direction if my solutions or relevant threads do not help you with your issue. Sometimes, we miss the mark.
Given this, we have a dedicated CS Team to look at the mechanics on the back end of your account which makes them better suited to investigate your issue. Furthermore they have a direct line of communication with Engineers to escalate bugs or account specific issues by filing case tickets.
Sorry if you feel a lack of Support. We appreciate your feedback and will work harder next time.

I wasted my time writing here because you just sent me to the support form. Super useful.
