Is the loyalty system worth the money spent on it each month?

I have 5 stylist but one of them is booth rent so there will be 4 that will be using it, is it worth it to pay for the point system or should we just use punch cards?

we find that our loyalty members are... well... more loyal. hahaha

For us our loyalty members outspend non-loyalty members 2 to 1....

I find with the punch cards people lose them...my eyelash girl has a punch card and honestly I never use it but am there every 2 weeks- it would be awesome if it were automated.
