Inventory Glitches

Hi everyone! I'm pretty new to square and just uploaded a new inventory for our square online sight. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. 

On our new site there is an item labeled "test" that is one dollar. I have made that item in the past however it has long been deleted for months. Whenever I click on it on the site it says there is an error code and it does not exist. I have tried looking for it everywhere and re-uploading inventory but nothing seems to work. Any advice would be super appreciated.

Hello @theartscenter I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. Are you able to manually delete the item from whatever specific page this item appears on your website? You could also check your Online > Items tab for it. There are two different ITEM areas. One is your main inventory, but there is also another in your ONLINE tab. These can be set to sync, but sometimes they do not. Check in both places and see if the items appears there.
