Invalid Location

Hi we keep getting invalid location error. Note: We are in the US. We’ve always been here. This is my first time seeing this code in 2 years. I’ve traveled for many festivals and this has never happened. Non of my card readers are working now. I’ve tried different wifi different hotspots. It still says invalid location. and yes i bought my square from the square website. ALSO i’ve already hard reset all my devices.

I can think of a very wild possibility or two, but first before I muddy the waters…..

1. can you send a screen shot of this error?
2. what app or apps are giving you the error?
3. Specifically, what device(s) — iPhones, Androids, iPads, Registers, Terminals?
4. Lastly, where in the US (geographical location) did you receive this error most recently?

Weird questions, I know, but I have weird possibilities to weed through in my head, and I don’t have enough information to do that just yet!  LOL
