If i am taking a 100 dollar donation, what is charged to it?
What fee is charged to 100 dollar donation and how do I call and talk to someone?

It depends on what form of Square you're using and how you processed the charge. For instance, my business uses the Register and our fees (for most charges) are 2.5% + 10 cents, so I'd pay $2.60 on a $100 charge that was dipped (chip read), swiped or tapped. However if I enter a card manually (more risk of the charge being bogus since the cardholder isn't present and I can't confirm his/her identity) the fees would be 3.5% + 15 cents, or $3.65.

Yes, click here, then scroll to the bottom and click on More. Scroll to the bottom again and click on I DON'T SEE MY ISSUE, then finally Call Support. The next screen shows your customer code (write it down and treat it as private info) and the number to call for support.
