The specs look okay, Android 6.0, Bluetooth 4.0, may need to get an sd card for more memory.  Don't know if the USB ports are USB (OTG) compatible?  Personally, if I am running my business off of it I want something I can rely on and that I know is compatible.  Used and Android tablet and had nothing but issues,  when to and iPad and have had no real issues.
