I use Form submissions on my Weebly site a lot and know how to export data to a .csv file ... BUT
I know how to view the data collected (Form submissions / select form in question / Export All). The resultant .csv file is fine.
However, I am an IT person and the person who needs to use that spreadsheet is not. I don’t want to give him admin access and I don’t want to perform the export every time he needs it.
Is there a way (third-party solution? simple command?) that I could configure to “export” the data in question without him having to access the software directly?
Any ideas?

I know with Square Online I can make an email specific for a form so that person receives the data each time that form is submitted.
In my case I have a form for my events manager that goes directly to them, my golf professional and my rentals manager. 3 Separate forms that auto go to their emails once submitted. I can still see all of it on my end but they are required to track the entries on their own.
In Square Online you go to the form -> Form Settings -> Email Notifications
Hope that helps

Thank you Luke
I didn't mention it but I have emails set up ... and that works for submissions that require immediate attention ... do what you need to do then throw the message into the garbage. What I'm looking for is a way to access the underlying csv file created by Weebly without being an IT administrator of the site ... for those non-administrators that need a current list of members, for example. I see I have another responder and fear this request might require more "IT" than I'm capable of 😂
