I ordered my free readers but it hasn’t come yet.

I never received my reader. It’s been at least 3 weeks. Tracking says it’s been sitting in Illinois for two weeks. What can I do to get a reader? I have an event coming up on the 28th! And why don’t you guys have a # to call?! Terrible customer service!l

Unfortunately the post office the last year,are more so than usual behind on everything.  I just had a package sit in TN for about 2.5 weeks and then it finally started to move again.  You can try to get ahold of the post office with tracking and see if they can give you answers to why it hasn't moved in two weeks.

Sorry to hear your reader hasn't turned up yet. If you ordered the Magstripe reader, carriers can lose those sometimes. As a backup, you can pick one up at a retailer for $10 up front. Good news - there's a code in the packaging to enter on our website for reimbursement.
