I no longer get information about the physical address of someone who purchases from my online store
Does anyone know how to change the template so that purchasers are required to submit their physical address? And does anyone know how to reach a human being at square who might be able to answer this question? Thanks Ben

Customers who place an order through their Online Store should be required to submit their physical address for shipping purposes. As of now, I don't believe there is a way to create custom fields for your customers to fulfill during purchase. However, something does sound off here if you are not able to see addresses when fulfilling orders.
Would you mind flagging this over to our Support Team? They should be able to look into this further for you and ensure it gets resolved in a timely manner.
