Hey @ButtercupBalm I see you've updated this now, but just wanted to check as it doesn't look like and announcement banner?
As @Doran said this is found under communications, but the area you have in yellow is part of your page (so under edit site, navigate to page and edit there).
It could be worth having this as an announcement banner as that would then show on all pages and direct your customers to the right area you want them to see.
