I'm not quite sure I understand what you're trying to achieve here.
If an employer is attempting to pay you using Cash App, you can use your existing Cash App account or create one to receive the funds.
Otherwise, Square isn't a money transfer service, but a payment processor, meaning you can't transfer money from Square to Cash App as you would from Cash App to Cash App.
