How to clear message indicator in square iphone app
I have an iPhone Xr with an indication that I have one message in my Square app. I'm new to Square and I've searched the app looking for this message with no luck. How do I find this message or clear the indicator?
Hi @FYAMobileNotary! When you're in the POS app, you should see three horizontal lines at the top left corner. Click those, then choose "Notifications" at the very bottom. There should be a number next to it if there are any pending announcements that haven't been read yet. Once you read them, that message indicator should go away.

Thanks Nika, It wasn't straight forward, but after clicking through a couple of times, signing off and back on, which presented what must be an updated screen, and clicking notifications again, it did finally go away. Thank you.
