I had 3 disputes when the customer was well aware of purchasing but told her credit card company she didn’t know about the transaction so they took it from my account till it was solved

here is a couple pages on the process, but the main thing is that you and square are at the mercy of the customer's credit card company for the decision and the time it takes.
