@Tropic_salt What HTML invoices are you taking about? To create invoices to your customers, that can be paid with a credit card, use the Invoices tab in your DashboardOr use the Invoices in the POS App

There is a misunderstanding. I know how to create invoices. I'm interested in using a similar process (taking unique data from a customer and creating an personalized email) for a different aspect of my business outside of square. I figured that maybe another business owner who already does this in the same way that square does
(and many other companies do as well) could help guide me in the direction I should go for that.
square doesn't just do this with invoices, it does it with you daily, weekly and monthly report emails. it takes certain data points from you, plugs those into a beautiful email template, and then sends off to you automatically.
This is not the same thing as email campaigns from a b2b like MailChimp by the way. That is different because, for the most part, there is no individual customer data used in those campaigns. with a service like that you carpet bomb profiles with the same template.

- Create rewards and deals for your customers that can be shared via social media.
- Message your customers privately from your Customer Directory, in case you need to let them know something important – like they forgot their wallet, or left their shopping bag at the counter.
