How do I use the split tax food and beverage tax in Ontario?

How to use the split tax systems in Ontario for cafes where we charge 5% on all orders $3.99 and under and 13% on all orders $4 and over?

there is not a way to have a tax be different based on the price of an item.

I can't believe that square has not addressed this issue. Is there no way in 2021 that this tax setup can't be done?
