My clients are getting a reminder on the day of their appointment & getting the opportunity to cancel. How do I get rid of that? My confirmation is 3 days prior and reminder one day, not day of.

If you go into Appointments > Settings > Calendar & Booking and scroll down until you see this section under "Online Scheduling" you should be able to uncheck it so its turned off, or change it to 3 days prior. Assuming that that is currently on and set to allow cancellation day of.
