How do I get malware removed from my side?

I am a teacher and use my site for my students. Recently my site has been blocked by school servers and our IT people say it's because the site has malware attached to it. I've been told I need to connect with the web provided to have the malware removed. How I connect with support and have this done? Thanks in advance!
