How do I fix it to send reminders but not send message when appt is added or changed
Everytime an appointment is made it sends the customer an email and text and sometimes the appt is made wrong so it has to be changed from am to pm and it sends them a message saying their appt has been cancelled

Hey @HeatherR1975 - Currently there's not a setting that disallows a reminder from being sent for appointment edits.
However, I just created a test Appointment on my Demo account and changed the time after - the notification I received says rescheduled opposed to cancelled. This should help your clients understand that their appointment wasn't cancelled, but just modified.
Additionally, when you go to reschedule an appointment by clicking it on your booking calendar, there's a text box that allows you to send them a custom message. There you can loop them in on the edits you made to their existing appointment.
