@UpstateNutritio I would try in an incognito browser or clear your cache... Maybe it is loading up the old settings. It is rare but not unheard of.

It’s not just me my customers are having the same issue. So I don’t think this is the issue. It worked on the iPad not on phone.

Hm - is it a specific type of phone, @UpstateNutritio?
Or are you seeing this with both Android and iOS devices?
I would recommend getting in touch with our team directly at this point so someone can take a closer look, but if you can provide me with an answer to the above, I'm happy to bubble this up to see if I can gather some more information here.

I reached out to our team yesterday and was able to confirm that this is a known issue, but that a fix was already in place and being rolled out. Are you still running into troubles, @UpstateNutritio?

Thank for reaching back out. I still don’t see the option when checking out on a phone. It’s there on the iPad though.
