How can I change "Tip" to "Donation" on the card reader for my Little League Concession Stand?

I've looked through the threads and doesn't appear this is an optionyet. We've added a variable Donation item but I would like our customers to see "Donation" at the end of their transaction vs "Tip".

Also, any tips added are taxed. We need to change that somehow... Thoughts?

I have flipped through so many articles and setting looking for ways to update tipping language and have not had any luck. I would recommend printing a placard (8.5 x 11 in) and the Dollar Store has those plastic sign holders that fit them perfectly, to set out in front of the register so people know it is not a tip, it is actually a donation that goes directly back to the kids. Or even adding a label to the register that lets them know a tip=donation.
