Has anyone else been having issues with card transactions not showing in your account?

Been having this a few times where my card transactions don’t seem to exist after the closing of the day! Anyone knows what’s going on here?

Are you using Offline Mode at all? Or how are you taking these payments? Have you received any emails from our Account Services team stating there are issues with your transfers? 

 

There could be a few things going on, so I want to gather as much information as I can. This will make sure we are on the same path for resolution.

I’m using standard WiFi, never really had to use offline mode ever, this like the 3rd time this happened and no emails ever been sent out! This time it came in days later but not sure if it’s accurate also.

Since this is so specific with your transactions, I want to get you the best support possible. I am going to suggest reaching out to our CS Team directly: 1-855-700-6000.

 

They have the tools to dig into this a little deeper and see what is happening with those missing or delayed transactions.

I'm finding it very hard to get help. I took a payment by credit card, entered all card and customer information. It verified credit card and said payment was accepted. Now I find it registered as "cash" and did not go into my account
