Funds taking a week to transfer
Hello All,
I've been having an ongoing issue for almost a month now. Its taking a week to transfer funds from square to my account. This is not cool. I've called, emailed and done the online chat and no one helps me. They all say they'll get back to me w/in 24-48 hours and I hear nothing but crickets.
I googled it and it said that my account may be under review and to check for document requests- I did that but it says there are no open document requests.
I honestly have no idea what to do at this point. I have bills to pay, I can't wait a week for funds to transfer. I've used Square for years and never had an issue. Is there some setting or something I'm missing?
(also- it seems to happen more w/the "buy now" button/link that you can use...not so much w/items purchased directly from the online store, however if there are funds from the buy now feature it will hold ALL funds- even those from items purchased in the store).

Hey @urge2herd
Seeing as you've been a user of Square for some years, I've doubt that you have changed anything on your own that would cause this problem. I probably won't be much help since I can't see your account, but maybe some process of elimination
Do you do manual transfers to your account or do you have them set up on Automatic? If you do have them set up on Automatic, have/can you try switching to manual transfers and see if the problem still exists when doing a manual transfer.
Do you use Square checking?
When you say i sees to happen more with the buy now button, does this happen every time someone uses the buy now, or does it just seem to occur more often when the buy now button is used over purchases directly.
Post Script, Why this hasn't been escalated or you haven't heard anything back from anyone ( even just a check in from Square support) is beyond me.
