Fraudulent transactions on my square card, can't reach Square.
I'm really feeling alone on this right now and I don't know what to do.
Last week, I had a dozen or so fraudulent transactions withdrawn from my square seller account by some company in Bangladesh. I contacted Square customer support via phone and they helped me immediately by voiding the pending transactions. I canceled the old card and ordered a new one; it's still in the mail.
Fast forward two days, and the same company somehow charged my account again multiple times without my new card even being activated, completely draining my account. The difference this time is that the transactions weren't pending, they were completed. The voided transactions still stating "voided". I contacted Square, they forwarded the charges to the fraud department, and she froze my account completely. My "Balance" tab now states my account is under review.
The account freeze is understandable given the severity of the situation, but I have no way to get in touch with square whatsoever.
My Chat feature is deemed "Unavailable at this time for your account", yet I have two notifications stating new messages from a square representative with no way to read and respond to them.
Phone support asks me for a customer code, and then states "Phone support is unavailable for your account".
Email, being my last option, goes completely unanswered. I haven't received a single reply.
My business is at a standstill because I can't process payments, I can't pay myself or my employee due to my funds being fraudulently drained from my account (Square isn't FDIC insured as I recently learned from a help article) and I just feel like square has completely kicked me to the curb on this.
I pray that a Square representative sees this post and can give me some peace of mind that this is being worked on.
If you have any tips on how to get in contact with Square customer support, please let me know. My business depends on how it.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.
You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop. Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
