Feature Request: Integrate booking site with Square Online website for combined online checkout

The title of this post has been edited from the original: Appointments checkout

Hi,

I set up my store and appointments. In the description it says appointments can have an item and service combined checkout.

I can't figure out how to merge my items with my services for the same checkout.

I can't link people out of my website, to square to choose their items, then ask them to go back to the site to click appointments....

Please help me combine my checkout.

Thank you!

Hi there and welcome @TinaACC!

Combined services and item checkout is available when using the Square Appointments app to charge a client in-person. It is possible to ring up a service and a product in the same transaction in that scenario! 🙌

It sounds like you're asking about your Square Online website and Appointments booking site, instead of the Appointments app. Your booking site is intended for appointment scheduling rather than online sales, so your clients will need to use your booking site in order to schedule their own appointment with you online.

If they would like to buy items from you online - in addition to booking an appointment via your booking site, they would need to make those purchases through your website. I hope this helps clarify how all of these different things work together!
