Expiration of loyalty points versus loyalty rewards

Is it possible to set an expiration for loyalty points, BUT allow a customer to hold onto and use rewards they've accrued past the expiration date?

Hi @addys! Thanks for posting your question here in the Community.

 

Once a Loyalty reward has expired, there's not a way for it to be used later down the road. Rewards with expiration dates can't be stored to a customer profile. Sorry that this isn't a functionality right now.
