End of Day report

Hi 1st day using Square for Retail on Square Reg

How do i do the End of Day report

I need a printout summary of ToDay money taken in. 

Payment type Sales

Category Sales 

Also need to be able print these report in PDF format, Excel is useless for me.

I don't know how to do PDF but I agree Excel is useless for me! 

Here is what I do.  

On the app, (ipad or Iphone)  navigate to "reports", sales, 1D, Show more or ... to expand the report.  Click the share button at the top right, send to email.  Print it or save it from your email.

Thanks for the heads up on that! Not exactly user friendly but it works. What i did to solve my problem was goto the Dashboard on my Desktop and I made a Custom Report of what i needed, Then i Right clicked on the screen and clicked print. It prints ok, but it would be more professional if it printed in a pdf File and looked more organized. But it will work for now. My 15 year old POS does it much more intuitive at running a POS. I'm hoping Square can bring their A-game and utilize the technology that is ready available.  Thanks for your reply!
