Employee Portal -timecards and pay stubs
Hello Square people,
I like the employee time mangement aspect and the payroll integration of your system.
The Sick leave tracking and printing on the employee paystub is nice (especially without extra charges)
Problem - Employees like to see their time card, for many reasons.
· Check for accuracy
· guage money earned to date
· download/share paystubs to other requesting parties.
Only solution (as of now) is to ask account owner/manager to print (also not an easy by employee / time frame basis)
This may be a legal issue, but certainly is a right to know issue.
I see that this was discussed in 2017 and mid 2018.
how is this portal coming?

Hello @cafe_ugly!
We recently released this solution as the Square Team App! It allows your employees to view their pay stubs, update their tax info, view time cards, and adjust their bank accounts.
Check out Navigate the Square Team App for more details on the new app. 🙂

My employer uses Square as a payroll service but has failed to mention how to find YTD earnings and YTD taxes. How do I find this?

Hey @lovelydude ! Try using the Team app that @Chad suggested in his post above. I hope this helps!

@cafe_ugly If you look at your most recent pay stub from the Team app, you should see those totals there. Another option is logging into your Employee Dashboard to view your earnings.
- Click Pay Stubs.
- Choose a pay stub.
- A breakdown of your pay and taxes will appear on the right side of your browser.
- Click Download Pay Stub to download a PDF of your pay stub.
I hope this helps!

Those details do not show up on the app for me, and when I click on the link that you have attached it just tells me "Page not found." I'm sorry, I don't mean to be such a bother this just concerns me that I am not able to access my own records.

Hmm, the link worked fine for me on my end. What browser are you using to open the link? @lovelydudelovelydude
