Email a specific address for an item sale

For our PTA fundraising we sell space on our marquee/sign for kids' birthdays. This is done by an item called Marquee and a required modifier asking for child's name and birthdate. Is it possible when this item is purchased, the information is sent to the office admin's email who updates the marquee/sign? Again only this item should have a different email "path".

HI, you can add Modifiers to capture the Name and Birthdate.  The Square platform does not have the ability to designate an email to an item.
