Duplicate Sites Deleted, NOW a synching ISSUE, Please fix ASAP

Somehow I accidently created 2 sites. I deleted the duplicate and now I'm having synching issues. 

 

I'm adding new items to my store from the Square App. However, they aren't automatically pulling into my online store. Not only that, but the items are coming in as unavailable or hidden. I have that feature turned off but they are still coming in that way.

 

I was told by support: 

Unfortunately we are unable to remove this as it is working as intended. We can put in a Voice of the Seller request to our developers to update this feature.

Please please please escalate this so that my POS and Online site may sync properly. I need to launch my new site asap.

HI, very nice beautiful site.  Unfortunately, it is working as intended.  Best advice, publish your site. 

 

My experience is to add items in the Online Dashboard.  There is a sync lag associated with adding items.  It just depends on how busy the Square system is.  Items from imports or app do come in unavailable or hidden. 

 

You would need to adjust to Available.  On the Item Library list of items, check mark your items and the Bulk Edit button appears far right.

Hello!

Are you saying that if I use the Square App, there will be a syncing issue? But if I jump on my computer there won't be a syncing issue?

 

Items from imports or app do come in unavailable or hidden. ---- This doesn't make sense. There is a setting and I have it turned off.

I need my systems to 'talk' to each other. I understand that I 'messed' up when I duplicated the site in the beginning and then deleted it. 

 

However, there should be a way on the backend to fix this. I'm a small business with every changing inventory. I need to be able to upload items on the app, the items automatically load into my POS and my Online store. 

 

If I reset my online site to default will that fix the syncing issue?

HI, there is a known sync issue regardless of app or desktop, there is no fix you can do.
