Hello, can anyone help me out? Here is my problem: about 1:11am (on New Year’s Day) is when this started to happen. I am at home when I went to check on my business (before I head to bed). I noticed that got a few sales, but they were completed. Then I noticed they were e-gift cards, but they receipt won’t show anything really other than that they pay $1 for each card which was a total of 12 cards and all from different buyers. Now here is the part that I don’t get is how can they buy them when the e-gift card isn’t on my website (since I haven’t finish it yet) and I haven’t sold then to anyone yet. I also haven’t used the card reader since the beginning of the December and yet on my Etsy store it says in person purchase. I don’t know what to do, can someone please get me some answers?
