Does Square send info to state when employee no longer working

I am trying to find out the following.  If a person is no longer working for you and you deactivate them, does square report this to the state?  Business in Tennessee.  If not, does anyone know what I am suppose to do?

Square Payroll does not report deactivated employees to the state. If you have questions on employer requirements, you can contact the TN Department of Labor and Workforce Development at 844-224-5818.
