Does Square notify its customers when their system is down?
Would anyone else out there like to be notified by square when the system is down like it was today? With email and text available, it would be very easy to let us know that there is a problem on their end.

System crashing in the middle of lunch rush - failure for tickets and online order to print to the kitchen - not a way to maintain loyal customer base Square...... costly via food comps and future discounts required and sad performance 😞
