Customer claiming rewards, unsubscribed from Loyalty Program

Hi- I unsubscribed from the Loyalty Program before July 1st & I just had a customer claim a loyalty reward online at checkout. I checked the Loyalty tab on the dashboard & it says I'm not subscribed to the service. How can I stop the rewards from showing up in checkout? Thank you

Thank you for reaching out. Right now, there isn't a way for the unsubscription to stop those customers from claiming them. There is a workaround you can try - the easiest one would be to set the reward value to something unattainable like 50,000 points. 

 

One other option would be to reach out to our CS Team directly, so they can file a ticket for the Loyalty points to be cleared.
