Custom Date field keeps changing
Under Customers > Configure Profiles >I added a Custom Date Field so I could track an expiration date on my members. When I add the date to a member, for example 10/3/19, and I go back to the screen, the date will sometimes change to a day before (10/2/19). Why is it doing this? This field is very important and I need to trust that it will be accurate. So far, it has not been. Any help with this?

Hmm that it very strange. I'm checking with our Directory specialists but just to make sure I understand correctly - are you entering the date from the Point of Sale app or to your Customer Directory online from a computer? Does it 'stay' at the incorrect date or does it change back to 10/3 for example?

Hi again @ImageFit. I can escalate this for you so that the Directory team can investigate further. It sounds like it could be a timezone or formatting issue. Can you reply here with example of a customer (just share their initials) and how the date changed, e.g. you entered 10/3 but it shows 10/2. Screenshots would be useful too if you can hide your customer's information.
If it's easier you can also give our CS team a call and a Directory specialist will be able to gather all of these details too!
