are you in Canada?  and is the customer trying to use a debit card?  then you are limited to $100 debit tap at the moment.  It was the best deal Square could get to allow debit card acceptance.  there isn't a way to override this, the best option for over $100 is to have the customer use a credit card.

Hi @patcoleman3224 - This sounds really strange for you to have a limit on how much you can charge. Have you tried contacting our CS team yet? We can't answer account specific questions in the community, but a CS rep would be more than happy to walk you through this.
