Can’t login on iPad! Date + Time issues?

I’m having issues logging into square and square appointments just on my iPad. I have it on my phone and it’s just fine. 

Everytime I try to login it says, “Login Error. Please check your network connection and ensure your Date and Time settings are correct.”

 

I have already;

-gone in and switched my date and time to be automatic

-force quit the app

-soft reset my iPad
-turned my iPad off and on again

-erased my network settings and re-signed into my WiFi 

-deleted the app and re-downloaded it

-changed my date and time to something crazy and set it back to my location

 

Please help! I broke my iPhone screen a couple days ago, so I need my iPad to take payments.

I can’t log into the app. It tells me my date and time are not right which isn’t true. What am I gonna do?? Can you please help me?

I'm having the same issue! Worked for hours trying to fix it and I'm supposed to launch my business in two days. I emailed Square support so I'm hoping to hear back soon.

In the past days, we’ve had issues with appointment log-ins. However, this has only come up for iOS devices and "Team permissions". If this doesn’t sound like it’s related to what you are experiencing, please give us a call to troubleshoot your account further. Our team would be happy to open a ticket and have an engineer take a look if need be.

I have tried to get someone to call me already, do you just have a phone number? This is extremely aggravating.

I am highly considering changing booking systems/POS because I can’t figure this out, and no one has gotten back to me when I have requested a call. It’s taken days for this response, and I need more info. 

 

PLEASE give me a phone number I can call for customer service.

Our app requires iPadOS 12.0 or later. Are you running on iPadOS that's compatible? 

 

Are you receiving any error message when attempting to log in?
