Can I take payments for my appointments online?

Hello! I have square POS downloaded and have my appointment books set up but now I can't figure out how to "check out" & charge a client from my appontment books? Can someone help me figure this out? Thank you!

It sounds like you've downloaded the app to your mobile device but you're looking for a way to check out customers from your Appointments Dashboard/Online Booking site? 

 

At this time you can only check out customers from the Appointments app. Check out this article for the steps to check out from the Appointments app.

I have an android, it looks like the appointments app isn't available yet for that, is that right? I just pull my appointments up on chrome. I have the POS app. Is there a way to charge a client off of the appointment books that I have up on Chrome?

Hey @kelsie83 - You're correct. Appointments isn't available for Android quite yet so you can only checkout customers within your POS app at this time. We will make sure to announce once the Appointments app is available for Android.

This reply was created from merging an existing thread: Why is there not a "checkout" option in appointments from the website? Only on the app?

 

I just switched to using an I-Phone so I can use the app. On the app you have a "check out" for appointments and options to pay. Why is there not a "check out" option on the web address? I am not a fan of the apple and will wait for the android app to come out. Am I doing something wrong or are there other options?

@Abombbeauty You're not missing anything, at this time you can only checkout clients from the Appointments app. I'll share your post with the Appointments team. If it's possible to take a payment online we'll update this thread!
