Hi, we have two tax rates and when we set up some items we did not realize we were not selecting a rate and therefore both rates were applied to those items.
Is there an wasy way (report?) to see what rates are applied to each item so that we can easily go back and correct?
Please help as this has messed up what we are collecting as well as what we are actually supposed to pay in taxes to NY State.

Yes, In your Online Dashboard go to Items / Taxes on the right of each tax you will see a box that says "Apply Tax to Items" Click on that and you can select or deselect what items you want the tax applied too.

is there a way to export to excel so that I can compare and determine if any items have more than 1 take rate attributed to them?

Yes, You can by clicking on the item in your items list or you can export your inventory list. The last columns show the tax options that are active.
