Hello, I have a question regarding the seller and the customer's agreement.
Our online retail business has a feature of "Try at home" which allows customers to rent our bridesmaid/wedding dresses online(ship from our CA warehouse).
The customer has about a week to try on the dresses and send it/them back to us within a week from delivery.
Here is the question: Is it legal for us to charge our customers twice the retail cost of the dress(es) if they don't send our dresses back?
We do have their credit card info since they purchase the try-at-home sample dress with Square.
Thank you!

Hi @Afarose!
This might be a good question for a legal professional. We can't advise when it comes to up-charging and store policies.
Good luck!
